Mantle, Securitize Unveil $400M MI4 Tokenized Crypto Index Fund

Mantle has launched the Mantle Index Four (MI4) Fund, a $400 million tokenized crypto index fund in partnership with Securitize. The fund provides exposure to a curated mix of major cryptocurrencies and stable-value tokens, bridging institutional investment structures with decentralized finance.

Securitize is handling the tokenization of investor shares, while the fund itself is structured as a BVI Limited Partnership managed by Mantle Guard Limited. MI4 mirrors traditional index funds but leverages blockchain infrastructure for distribution, custody, and income generation.

The initiative underscores growing institutional interest in crypto asset diversification. With Mantle Treasury anchoring the fund, MI4 signals deeper integration of blockchain technology into mainstream investment vehicles.
